Cooling maintenance on two American Standard split systems. Furnaces are located in attic. Changed out two 20 x 30 filters located in ceiling. Cleared all electrical components and disconnect of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, cleared condensation lines throughout outside termination located next to condensing units and washed condensing coils. Both nest thermostats checked out OK. Systems are within manufacturers specifications and cooling and operating properly at this time of service.
