Performed annual heating maintenance on American standard POV split heat pump and conventional gas system located in two separate outside closet. Changed to 16 x 25 filters located in filter racks. Checked amps, volts, capacitors and cleaned electrical and burner compartments. Checked gas and static pressures also checked temperature rise and all safety switches. Checked refrigerant levels for split heat pump, superheat, sub, cool and temperature rise. Found all electrical and safety components also refrigerant levels to be within manufactured specifications. Both systems are operating and heating properly at time of service.
