$85 to walk in the door( nothing included in that) $45 to diagnose, and $ 80 to replace a fuse for a total of $215. Absolutely outrageous.

FACTS: 1. You are not a maintenance member (although we have recommended it in the past) 2. You called us at 6am on a Saturday to say that your unit wasn't working 3. We called back at 7am (even though we don't open until 8am) to schedule the appt 4. A NATE certified tech was at your house by 930am. 5. He went on your roof to diagnose the unit. 6. He quoted you and made the repair upon your approval. 7. You unit was working before 10am for ONLY $215 QUESTION: In what world could we possibly offer that service any cheaper?!!! Do you have any idea what it cost us to be able to answer that early morning call from our office, have a highly trained tech in a fully stocked vehicle drive to your home, climb on your roof (think CA insurance) and make that repair, and then email you a paid invoice on the spot? Yea, we will rush right over the next time you call because we can tell you really appreciate it.
