Over the last four years I've consistently received terrific service from Hydes. Communications, personal, work product have always been top notch. However, there were a couple of issues that occurred recently that caught me by surprise; during what I though was a routine inspection several services were done which I was NOT told about nor asked to authorize before they were done and I only found out about the charges after printing out a receipt for the service call! I was asked to sign a couple of times, but I thought it was for just routine inspection work. Mind you I probably would have consented to the work, but I was VERY surprised when I printed out the bill! I have to admit I felt taken advantage of and will be more circumspect in the future!

Hi Rich, I am so sorry that you did not realize you were signing to approve a $72 repair. Chris said he told you the price and confirmed the credit card, but we spoke, and he will be more thorough in the future.
