Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2023 American standard platinum 4ton heat pump. Replaced 16x25 filter located in FAU filter cabinet. FAU located in laundry room closet. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, temperature split, Freon levels found no error codes on CDA, and rinsed condenser coils. 1050 thermostat checked out operational.
