Caregiver stated it cools for a couple hours then turns off, blowing hot air. Cycled system into cooling, check refrigerant pressures, temperature splits, verified drain line is clear and dry. Monitored operation for 20 mins. System is cooling properly at this time. Advised caregiver that we can’t see what’s going on or we would be able to repair it. Called Greg (caregiving company boss) and left message on voicemail about findings. Advised client if this happens again to give us a call immediately to make sure we can see what exactly is happening.
