Performed cooling maintenance on 2015 American standard condenser with Coleman furnace. Changed filters, drain clearing, cleaned out electrical compartment. Cleaned condenser coil. Checked amps,volts, capacitors, refrigerant charge and temperature split(20). System is cooling properly at time of maintenance.
