I think you need to hire somebody that knows how to work on the older Coleman furnaces in the homes

Hi Buddy thank you for your feedback. We always encourage our employees to ask for an assist if they don't have as much experience on a particular type of equipment. In this case, Amador didn't feel prepared for the issues he encountered and we are so glad he called upon a teammate to help him with the repair.
