Maintenance call for a 2008 Armstrong air system. The system is showing its age with the blower motor and condensing fan motor bearings starting to fail. The blower motor capacitor and outdoor capacitor are also weak and need replaced. The contactor is also burnt up and needs replaced. The evaporator coil is missing a wet switch in the secondary port. The refrigerant levels are a little low here today but the system is cooling as it should. We will need to keep an eye on the levels to make sure there is no leak of the r22. The customer also wants the decon 7 duct sanitation.
