Excellent service! Allec was extremally knowledgeable with great attitude making us feel customer service is his focus. He is professionalism and can do attitude made the inspection go smoothly with other staff including the electrician and the elevator technician. He is flexibility leading this inspection and positive friendly approach was much appreciated. As I mentioned before in my earlier survey, we have done this inspection with other companies before but your staff made the difference especially Allec's customer in approach! Thank you for your superb customer service. Brian Rodrigues went above and beyond today to fully explain what work was getting done and why it was getting done. In addition, he helped solve a months-long mystery with regard to a flashing light at the building that our engineers could not solve. While it wasn't part of his initial scope, he was so knowledgeable about the building systems that he was able to point me in the right direction as to what was causing the light to flash (the evacuation system). Brian had a smile on his face from the moment I met him and was very willing to help me out. I really appreciate customer service like that and hope to work with him again in the future.

Tracked down open circuit on 2nd floor Nac 1. Removed two devices in the hall just outside the elevators. On side had power but no EOL, the other side had EOL but no power, so the issue was coming from in between the two devices. Accessed two units, and found disconnected speaker in Unit 256. Reconnected device and open circuit trouble cleared from the panel. System is online with one trouble remaining for a smoke detector.
Replaced (2) Mini Horns in Unit A206 that got water damaged. Work was done for Alliance Environmental Group, billing will be sent to them.
Installed (2) 12v8ah for FACP and (1) 12v8ah for Radio. Sensitivity Tested (1) Smoke: Pass.
