This was a early morning service call. Was happy to receive emergency service day of call. When tech left the site, he was unsure of repair time as parts needed to be ordered. He detailed his findings to supervisors appropriately. Managers and team followed up with repair plan and schedule before close of business.

Marlon is like an encyclopedia of fire protection, his calm demeanor and straight forward reporting is irreplaceable. This is the second Facility I have had NW Fire in and Marlon continues to be awesome!.

This is the second property that I have used NW Fire for both fire alarm and fire sprinklers. Jesse has always been helpful and professional but then again I don't think I have met a field tech that isn't great.

FM-200 Panel normal upon arrival, recent work had been done to replace tamper switch and conduit on bottle. Tried recreating trouble but Tamper seems to be in position and secured. Checked module wires and everything checked out. While on site customer had an account 2 trouble, reset communicator and cleared trouble. Left panel with troubles being caused by disable keys.
Replaced: batteries on fireman’s phone, mag door holds, smoke detector in chief tech office, repeater module. All systems normal including wireless system.
