First off, he had to wait a few minutes for me to get home from work. Then he was very patient when he had to figure out if the existing cables/utility boxes were usable so he didn't drill holes if he didn't have to. He was very patient, helpful, and polite. Between that, and getting cable hooked up for the first time in years, it was a great start to my weekend, thank you!!
