Your technician, Javier Rodriguez, provided service above & beyond to explain the issue with our existing thermostat, discussing the issue with his superior, reporting back to us in person, installing a new thermostat & explaining in detail ALL of the features of the new thermostat. All done in a VERY Professional, Patient & Caring manner. TRULY a conscientious service technician!!

Technician came out didn’t go in the house quoted me a huge price for the unit on the ground his attitude was horrible. The lady that you talk to on the phone when you call and was horrible I called two other outfits. They checked the unit and they both diagnosed it with a totally different problem than Alaska get yourself a favor get three quotes horrible service. If you have tons of money to throw away use these guys because the problem he said it was wouldn’t even fix my problem tried calling in to talk to them nobody want to listen
Nick W enjoys his job, and it shows. He explained what he found and made appropriate recommendations. And he had really good things to say about his employer Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating. We signed up for membership in the service program.

I was not that happy with the time or response. The text I received said the tec was on his way at 3:00 pm. 2 hours later he was still not there, I called, and they said that he is in traffic. For 2 hours? I waited a total of 3 hours and 45 minutes and he showed up without even an explanation. he handed me 3 chip bag closers with the logo on them while saying are you a first-time customer. He then went to work. He worked outside first then came inside. I asked him since we are new to AZ and new to using central air, could he show us how to use the thermostat, He replied I would have to look it up on the internet so will show you how to do that when I am done. I then asked if he could tell me the sizes of the filters and how often to change them. He said he guessed the size is 20 x 30. I said, well one is square and the other 3 are rectangles. He replied oh then 20 X 20. Shouldn’t he know this? When he was done I again asked him to show me the thermostat and he said let us get the payment completed first. We did that and I had to input all the info into his iPad as h did not have his glasses. I then asked shouldn’t you check the rest of the vents with your red-light gun, as he did not even go into main rooms. He said nah. I again asked him to show m the thermostat and he said he has an emergency and can’t and left. For us being a first-time customer and this my first service, which I told the appointment maker and him, they should have made sure things went smoother for me. Not too happy. And not a good impression.
