After 3 visits.... I get a charge of $1800 and a note we need a blower motor and to call the electrican. Each time the tech was here to look at our system, we were told it's an electrical problem.... after having electrican verify power and even show the tech, tech then admitted he was testing the wires incorrectly... we ended up paying for a new circuit board.... then told our blower motor was bad and we had intermittent power. New HVAC company is here today and the circuit board Alaskan installed is fried because the wires were not hooked up correctly. Unit wasn't grounded. Unbelievable that your standard of work was to keep leaving my house telling me contact an electrican. You can cancel our service contract. We will not have you back. As far as my $1800 guess Im he idiot for paying for parts on a job not finished. You were fine collecting the money and leaving me with a non operational unit. Beyond disappointed in the whole experience.

Your technician, Javier Rodriguez, provided service above & beyond to explain the issue with our existing thermostat, discussing the issue with his superior, reporting back to us in person, installing a new thermostat & explaining in detail ALL of the features of the new thermostat. All done in a VERY Professional, Patient & Caring manner. TRULY a conscientious service technician!!
We enjoy having Javier service our A/C system, he explains what services or repairs we may need in the future. Which is very nice to know. We would like to have Javier do our next home service.

Technician came out didn’t go in the house quoted me a huge price for the unit on the ground his attitude was horrible. The lady that you talk to on the phone when you call and was horrible I called two other outfits. They checked the unit and they both diagnosed it with a totally different problem than Alaska get yourself a favor get three quotes horrible service. If you have tons of money to throw away use these guys because the problem he said it was wouldn’t even fix my problem tried calling in to talk to them nobody want to listen
Nick W enjoys his job, and it shows. He explained what he found and made appropriate recommendations. And he had really good things to say about his employer Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating. We signed up for membership in the service program.
