We have maintenance every 6 months, each time Alaskan comes out there is some part that needs replacement to the cost of $300-$500. This unit is around 6 years old and supposedly the parts are under warranty but labor is not. Very pricey for labor that takes 10 minutes to replace.

The technician was here less than 20 minutes and told us there was nothing wrong with our A/C unit even though it wasn’t maintaining temperature. He collected the $129 service fee and left. Two days later we continued to have problems with the unit not maintaining temperature and called a respected company. The unit was 2 1/2 lbs low on Freon. I submitted this review on google via the link emailed to us and the reply was “you must have reviewed the wrong company, call the office.” I certainly did NOT have the wrong company! You emailed us the link!! Highly frustrated and think the service fee should be refunded.
