Jose was professional and thorough. He took on the task and finished in a reasonable time frame. The service was pricey for us seniors living on a fixed income. To bad you don't offer a senior or veteran discount. Might be something to think about.

We have maintenance every 6 months, each time Alaskan comes out there is some part that needs replacement to the cost of $300-$500. This unit is around 6 years old and supposedly the parts are under warranty but labor is not. Very pricey for labor that takes 10 minutes to replace.

The technician was here less than 20 minutes and told us there was nothing wrong with our A/C unit even though it wasn’t maintaining temperature. He collected the $129 service fee and left. Two days later we continued to have problems with the unit not maintaining temperature and called a respected company. The unit was 2 1/2 lbs low on Freon. I submitted this review on google via the link emailed to us and the reply was “you must have reviewed the wrong company, call the office.” I certainly did NOT have the wrong company! You emailed us the link!! Highly frustrated and think the service fee should be refunded.

Josh arrived at the expected appointment time. Once he ran tests on our unit to determine why we were having issues, he came in and explained what had happened, what was needed to make repairs and what the cost would be. We agreed to the repair/cost and Josh promptly made the repairs. I appreciated the extra time Josh spent with us so we fully understood what our issue was. We found Josh to be both helpful and also very professional.

Performed cooling maintenance on a 2011 Goodman 3 ton package heat pump unit. All electronics and pressures are within factory specifications however, coils Eva clothes are very dirty and blower wheel is caked with dirt therefore not pulling enough air across the coil causing it to have a 28° temperature split ducks are filthy and definitely need to be cleaned and sealed Cleaned condenser coils and left estimate for the cleaning with a seal event called clean and blow pool and clean with real estate agent unit running normal and cooling at 60° at departure
Perform cooling maintenance on 2024 ton train package heat pump unit. All electronics and pressures are within factory specifications. Unit has a 20° temperature split however I found evaporative coils to be excessively dirty and recommended voltage enhancement for system. Customer decided to have the coils cleaned and install voltage enhancement system, which I didunit was running with an exit temperature. Unit was running with a exit temperature of 55.
The front cooling maintenance on 2019 2 1/2 ton Lennix package heat pump found 35 five cab out of range replaced cap under warranty also installed voltage enhancement system found microbial growth in air distribution center recommend active tech air scrubber to improve indoor air quality and also help keep unit clean Unit running normal at departure with an exit temperature of 48°
