Scott was very professional and took the time to figure out the issues with our AC unit even though it was frozen. He could have just left and come back when it was melted but he took the time to do what he could with what he was able to see and he was right!! He explained everything and showed us pictures too. I also appreciate that Alaskan Air was able to make it to our house in 2 hours instead of making us wait till the next day like the other AC company I called first. We have found our new go-to AC company!

Made it out here within two hours of calling where I had to speak with a computer to get scheduled. Once here, Josh was pleasant to deal with but after reviewing my AC unit, came to me and said the Electrical Control Board or something was fried and I'd need a new one for almost 1,000 dollars!!! We did the credit check and I didn't qualify, which turned into a blessing. I asked him to show me the part and it was the capacitor. I went online and found it for 18 dollars. What a mark up for a simple part! I ordered the part on Amazon and was up and running in 4 hours for a small fraction of the price. That markup is ridiculous and I will share my review on google and the BBB!

The service I received from Alaskan Air Conditioning was beyond reproach. My air conditioner stopped cooling I called Alaskan Air Conditioning at 11a.m. their technician Josh was at my home in less than 1 hour, the repair was made in less than 1/2 hour after his arrival. That is customer service! Josh was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything prior to my approval. The 4 stars I gave for pricing are no reflection on Alaskan air conditioning but on the inflated rates that are out of their control.
