They are responsive but the quality of equipment is questionable. We spent 35k in 2020 and now have a bad blower motor. Add $1,600 for labor. To go from 18 years on original equipment to less than 4 years on supposedly better more efficient equipment is disappointing.
Yeah right, there is nothing wrong. The AC runs 45min to over one hour to cool the house by one degree, with the thermostat set to either 79 or 80 degrees, with the outside temperature at 109 or less. There is nothing wrong with the fan or the fan motor, sorry. Thanks for nothing; I wasted $130 on you. Can you issue a refund back to me ?

While this was our first time using Alaskan AC, Jeremy was a great representative of the company and we would be happy to use their service again. Little expensive for a system check in my opinion but still appreciate them coming out.

Jeremy was able to come out at night to check out our ac. I am so grateful I didn’t have to wait until the next day. He was friendly and professional. He figured out the problem had to do with the breaker and not the ac unit itself, so we had cold air again rather quickly.
