Jose was great and explained everything and answered all my questions. Hopefully the "repair" works. I know everything is more expensive, but my repair cost was still shocking. If it doesn't work, it will be a whole new unit and that will be 10 times the repair.

Jack, the technician who came out was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected and serviced all applicable components and provided feedback as to the condition of the A/C unit. Performed cooling maintenance on a 2021 day and night 5 ton split gas system. First thing I noticed is that the return and supply ducks have an excessive amount of dust in them and definitely needs a duck cleaning. Also recommend voltage enhancement and power protection all electronics and pressures are within factory specifications. Unit has a 20° temperature split and running normal with a 50° exit temperature
Unit is running in good condition after adding freon.recommend replacing mechanical fault in the voltage absorption system
Performed cooling maintenance on a 2022 Lennox 4 ton split heat pump. All electronics and pressures are within factory specifications. I installed voltage enhancement cleaned evaporator coils. System is running normal with a 58° temperature at departure.

I was initially called out on a service call found the problem was a low-voltage short fix the problem and went ahead and did maintenance on two 2021 3 1/2 ton Lennox split gas systems both units electronics and pressures were within factory specifications, cleaned both condenser coils both units have better than 20° temperature split Both units. Also had a 57° exit temperature.
