They are responsive but the quality of equipment is questionable. We spent 35k in 2020 and now have a bad blower motor. Add $1,600 for labor. To go from 18 years on original equipment to less than 4 years on supposedly better more efficient equipment is disappointing.

Yeah right, there is nothing wrong. The AC runs 45min to over one hour to cool the house by one degree, with the thermostat set to either 79 or 80 degrees, with the outside temperature at 109 or less. There is nothing wrong with the fan or the fan motor, sorry. Thanks for nothing; I wasted $130 on you. Can you issue a refund back to me ?

Felt like the tech was price gouging me on the repair quote for a clogged part not to mention he kept trying to push purchasing a new a/c unit which no-one in this shit economy can afford when the prices of those have shot up to almost a new car. Really bare minimum compared to the last time I used your company.
