After a little time he determined that my system was not funtioning properly and informed me that he requested for a technichian to come out to diagnose it more thoroughly yet that afternoon. He patiently took the time to explain what my system was doing and reviewed with me and my daughter the options for repair or replacement. Jose was great and explained everything and answered all my questions. Hopefully the "repair" works. I know everything is more expensive, but my repair cost was still shocking. If it doesn't work, it will be a whole new unit and that will be 10 times the repair.
