Jose Escobar, an A/C technician with Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating, did not try to stall my A/C repair or try to upsell on a significant purchase. My A/C stopped working at 3 pm on a 115-degree day. I called Alaskan Air Conditioning at 4 pm, and a little over two hours later. Mr. Escobar, of Alaskan Air Conditioning and Heating, arrived at my home. Within ten minutes of arrival, Mr. Escobar knew what the issue was. He assessed the cost and estimated the time required to fix the problem. I approved the work order, and Mr. Escobar had my A/C operating soon after. My A/C had a clogged condensation pipe leading from my indoor A/C unit to the outside a/c compressor. He removed the dust buildup from the condensation line, and the air conditioning system began cooling. Mr. Escobar identified and fixed the problem that another A/C company's technician had overlooked a month earlier. Alaskan Air Conditioning is responsive to emergency calls and employs ethical, competent technicians. Thank you, Mr. Escobar!

Any AC malfunction is a challenge especially during the summer when the above normal temps associated with a malfunctioning HVAC unit can ruin your day. Scott McFarland , our Alaskan technician , arrived happy and well-equipped to do the job which he did skillfully and happily. He explained the issues, the malfunction, and the choice of diagnostic tests and various fixes available. We made our best choice and he efficiently and happily did the work in an efficient time frame and without any fuss of mess. He was delightful , and so is out now well-oiled and well operating HVAC system !

The technician Nick Waldron was great to work with. My objective is paying the invoice up front. Who does that? I had a choice of air conditioning vendor's to pick from but pick your company from Goggle. Again, Nick resolved the problem but I will never use your company again because of paying up front.

I can’t begin to tell you how impressed we were by Scott. He was about an hour early in what felt like an emergency to us when our hvac stopped running for only 2 hours and it was getting dark out. With 2 kids time was essential. From the moment I went to their website to try and set up an appointment until the moment Scott left was a grand total of 3 hours. We were planning on it taking at least a day for an appointment and who knows after that. Problem solved easier than we thought it would be. I can’t recommend them enough.

I was working as a home service technician for a company that provides heating and cooling services. One day, I received a call from a customer who was experiencing issues with their heating system. I arrived at the customer's home and diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermostat. I replaced the thermostat and tested the system to ensure it was working properly. I was called to a home to repair a broken air conditioner. Upon arrival, I found that the unit was not cooling properly. I diagnosed the issue as a faulty compressor and replaced it. After completing the repair, the customer was happy with the results and paid me for the service.
