Called to make an appointment they suggested a conference with the technician before hand. I agreed then they called and said the conference doesn’t matter. They need to send the technician out. I agreed then the technician called me and told me what it would cost which was $2700 to replace a coil, but I told him to go out inspect and give me a bid he went out inspected. It was the coil never received the bid. Not sure how I can buy something if I never have a quote.

Prompt,. Actually early, polite, informative, The technician arrived earlier than expected, he was very polite, he explained everything and made sure I understood the explanations,. No hidden costs, he did what I agreed to. Mine was a quick fix, it was more like a second opinion, the technician listened to what my problem was and responded accordingly,. I would use and I would recommend Alaskan Air, I don't have much experience with this company per se.... But what interaction that I have had is an A Plus.
