It is not often that a technician can provide me with more information than I had questions; but Sammy Ramirez and Michael Poulson were those well informed and superior talented individuals. When Sammy Ramirez and Michael Poulson completed their tasks, Sammy Ramirez as the leading technician, asked me if there was anything I had concerns about. I informed Sammy Ramirez that I was a US Navy trained A/C technician, before I peppered him with several items that I had concerns about and Sammy Ramirez had the correct technical answer for each question. Sammy Ramirez additionally informed me about the electrical contacts, condition of the internal blower motor and the cleanliness of the evaporator; which is the very first time in over 15 years at this address that a technician during a check of this Trane A/C ever looked this deep into the workings of my unit or reported all these different areas to me in his pass-down.
