the service on the day of the repair is fine, time will tell how well the repair will last. I was advised by a previous maintenance person that he would be the one doing the work the next day. On the day of the install, it was a different installer, and it’s a good thing I happen to come by for lunch because they were getting ready to leave and not do the job. This was after I was told by the previous installer that I did not have to be there. It just seems like there is a lack of communication between the customers and the installers. I also feel that a unit that’s only five years old. That has had two compressors and now a new recirculating valve is a little disheartening.

Nick arrived at my home about 90 minutes after I called Alaska. He diagnosed the problem in 30 seconds and needed about 30 to fix the blockage in the water line. The house only got up to 83, so we were not uncomfortable. This was an excellent process and saved us a lot of worry
