I was called to a home to check on a 2015 American standard gas pack unit. Upon arrival, I found that the unit was not producing any heat or cooling. I checked the thermostat and found that it was set to "off." I reset the thermostat and tested the unit again. The unit still did not produce any heat or cooling. I checked the air filter and found that it was dirty. I cleaned the air filter and tested the unit again. The unit still did not produce any heat or cooling. I checked the gas line and found that it was not leaking. I checked the electrical connections and found that they were all secure. I checked the fan and found that it was not running. I checked the blower motor and found that it was not running. I checked the thermostat and found that it was set to "off." I reset the thermostat and tested the unit again. The customer called in to report that their air conditioner was not cooling. I arrived at the customer's home and diagnosed the issue as a faulty compressor. I replaced the compressor and the air conditioner started working again. The customer was very happy with the service and thanked me for my help.
