Nice techs but they either couldn’t find the problem or they lied about what it really was. Wanted us to buy a new unit for $16,000 and still left us without air conditioning in our home. We got a second opinion and he found and fixed the problem within 45 minutes for a fraction of any of your costs. We wasted time and money with your company and you should for one, be ashamed at your greed and two, properly train your employees to find and make repairs not just make a fat sale.
