Poor Communication

We had contacted the Alaskan Air for an A/C charge and tube up. They sent out a salesman, not a technician. He gave us an estimate, claims we set up an appointment for a $15000 system, and I was charged without the work ever being authorized or performed! Today, they showed up and dropped everything out by the street. The NEW owners refused it but they left it anyway. Now, they expect me to pay $4700 for work not authorized or performed. Earl was the name of the SALESMAN they sent out.
