Have had this company manage my A/C needs for years. Excellent customer service, Javier Rodriguez was the technician and he was very knowledgeable. He made sure everything was working as it should. Very pleasant to work with and he even tolerated my excited dogs! Can't imagine using any other company I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

I was completely surprised when I called Alaskan air midday to report an issue with my upstairs air conditioning unit, and they got a technician out the same day before 5 o’clock. When the tech did arrive, he was friendly, professional, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem within an hour. I was expecting next day service, if that! Beyond satisfied with the customer service and work provided!

Worst experience ever. I scheduled a regular maintenance appointment. Fins were not chemically cleaned. My ladder attic was broken by the technician. He asked to use my ladder and my broom and dustpan. But most of all, my AC was not in working condition when he left. I made numerous calls and I was initially told I’d have to wait. After some back and forth, the same technician returned and over an hour trying to “fix” my perfectly good condenser. What a cluster you guys made for simple maintenance.

Charged me for an hour said furnace was fixed as it was blowing heat when he left but furnace would not maintain temp set on thermostat and dropped to 68 again. Also left dark figure prints all over ceiling around attic entrance.

Anthony was a very helpful person. He did a complete test on our system and found a couple of things that would increase the performance of the system we had him add them to our system , also set up a payment plan for us. We are very pleased with the service.
