I was completely surprised when I called Alaskan air midday to report an issue with my upstairs air conditioning unit, and they got a technician out the same day before 5 o’clock. When the tech did arrive, he was friendly, professional, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem within an hour. I was expecting next day service, if that! Beyond satisfied with the customer service and work provided!

I received a call from a customer who reported that their air conditioner was not cooling. I scheduled an appointment for the following day and arrived at the customer's home promptly. All electronics and pressures are within factory specifications however active tech air scrubber cell is out also installed power enhancement this visit cleaned condenser coils also secured insulation in blower housing, which was being sucked into the blower fan blower Unit running normal and cooling at 57° at time of departure
The phone cooling maintenance on a 2016 American standard split heat pump. System found 70 micro voltage enhancement to be out of range replaced 70 micro voltage enhancement, clean condenser coils unit running normal at departure with a 55° exit temp.
Performed cooling maintenance on two Goodman split systems one with two zones. The 3 ton system was a little low on refrigerant and also voltage absorption system had failed. I replaced the voltage absorption system. Customer declined charging system to proper perspective, specifications all other electronics and pressures on the smaller unit were within factory specifications. Customer would also like an estimate for adding a return to the front office Both units running normal at departure one with a 52° exit tap and the other with 53° temp.
