I was completely surprised when I called Alaskan air midday to report an issue with my upstairs air conditioning unit, and they got a technician out the same day before 5 o’clock. When the tech did arrive, he was friendly, professional, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem within an hour. I was expecting next day service, if that! Beyond satisfied with the customer service and work provided!

Worst experience ever. I scheduled a regular maintenance appointment. Fins were not chemically cleaned. My ladder attic was broken by the technician. He asked to use my ladder and my broom and dustpan. But most of all, my AC was not in working condition when he left. I made numerous calls and I was initially told I’d have to wait. After some back and forth, the same technician returned and over an hour trying to “fix” my perfectly good condenser. What a cluster you guys made for simple maintenance.
