Dylan was very helpful and informative about the service plan that I was interested in we got a 2 year locked in price service agreement very happy
Turns out Tech was early. While that usually doesn’t happen, it was a scramble to ensure someone was home. I don’t know why Dillan pulled the power to my thermostats? Lost all my programming. Very inconvenient.
They are a rip off no break down on anything I wish I knew before I call them do not use this company, I wish I could do no stars
It's always interesting when you discover water dripping from a ceiling light fixture. Alaskan Air Conditioning to the rescue. Josh arrived on time, greeted me immediately, diagnosed the problem expeditiously, had the repair completed and cleaned the area; as if he was never there, before I......wait, maybe I'm dreaming, nope, just pinched myself, Josh is/was that professional and Alaskan Air Conditioning that responsive to our needs.
Was very disappointed in service. Technician was only here for 30 minutes or less to clear out condensation line and was charged over $300. I mentioned that I felt he hadn’t cleared out line as thorough as should be, but he said it should be good. A couple days later same issue with down A/C.
Javier provided great service and explained all repairs and options thoroughly. I would definitely request his services again.
Freddie was very thorough and personable. He took the time to go over all the results. This visit was very expensive for 2 year old ac units, so I am hoping the issues presented were actually true. Freddie seemed honest, so I agreed to join for 2 year plan. If Freddie had come across as untrustworthy, I would not have done it, because this visit was 300% higher than I expected. Future services will determine if I stay with your company, it’s very hard to survive with these charges every service, hopefully something doesn’t need to be replaced every visit.
All went very well. Very satisfied.
I always request Earl since he is always so polite and professional and has such a great personality.
Our AC stopped working and Earl was here in a couple of hours. He fixed the problem quickly and, as always, was friendly, helpful and efficient.

I recently completed a job for a client who wanted to acclimate their Alaska-based home to the local climate. This involved installing insulation, weather stripping, and other measures to improve energy efficiency and reduce drafts. It was a challenging project, but I was able to complete it on time and within budget. The client was very pleased with the results, and I was happy to have been able to help them improve their home's comfort and sustainability.
I recently completed a job for a client in Alaska. The project involved acclimating a new dog to the cold weather. The dog was a husky and had never experienced temperatures below freezing. We started by gradually exposing the dog to colder temperatures, starting with short walks in the backyard and gradually increasing the duration and distance. We also provided the dog with a warm and comfortable shelter to sleep in. After a few weeks, the dog was fully acclimated to the cold weather and was able to enjoy outdoor activities without any issues.
I am a highly skilled and experienced home service professional. I recently completed a job in Alaska where I worked on a large-scale home renovation project. The project involved extensive remodeling, including new flooring, roofing, siding, and windows. One of the most challenging aspects of the job was the weather. Alaska is known for its extreme temperatures, and we had to work in conditions that were often below freezing. This required us to wear heavy winter gear and take precautions to protect ourselves from the cold. Despite the challenges, the project was a success. The homeowners were thrilled with the results, and we were able to complete the job on time and within budget. One of the key factors that contributed to the success of the project was our attention to detail. We took the time to carefully plan the project and to ensure that all of the materials and equipment were of the highest quality. We also worked closely with the homeowners to ensure that they were satisfi

I am a highly skilled home service professional who specializes in Alaskafication. Alaskafication is the process of transforming a home into a rustic, cozy, and comfortable retreat that reflects the unique beauty and charm of Alaska. It involves a variety of tasks, such as installing wood-burning stoves, adding rustic furniture, and decorating with natural materials like fur and leather. I have completed many Alaskafication projects over the years, and I am proud of the work I have done. One of my most recent projects was a complete renovation of a small cabin in Alaska. The cabin was dated and in need of a major upgrade, and I worked with the owner to create a modern and comfortable space that still retained its rustic charm. We installed a wood-burning stove, added a cozy living room with a leather sofa and chairs, and decorated the walls with natural materials like fur and leather. The result was a beautiful and unique home that the owner was thrilled with. Alaskafication is a chal
