This was an emergency service. They got a technician out right away. He was very quick to do the work and was able to fix it. I was just very shocked at the cost of one connector piece.

Javier is a very diligent technician. As usual, the problem disappeared before he arrested. He checked everything associated with the issue, but couldn’t determine where the problem came from. He tried to recreate the problem, but it was not cooperating with his efforts. About 10 minutes after he left, the problem came back. I called the office and they contacted Javior. He was back within 15 minutes. He saw the problem and patched it up. The unit is in the attic and it was HOT up there. I appreciated his diligence and hard work in such an inhospitable environment. We agreed that this issue may need further attention, during the annual maintenance visit, in a few months.
