Corey had a window of 12-4 arrived right at the top of the hour and started getting to work. He listened to what initially happened and conducted test. WE HAVE HEAT... Thank God. He explained possible scenarios and pricing would be based on parts and the team submitting the invoice. Within an hour they called and I took a heavy relief breath as it was manageable but more than that I TRUSTED what Corey did and They followed it up... still waiting on parts but so excited to finally not being taken advantage of... being charged for a service that is generally free from other companies and being provided 4 estimates of Jacked up unnecessary options then when you refuse to be ok with the 4th... that is another story. CARE did not do that straight talk real solutions and Thanks Care....
