Care heating and cooling were recommended to me by a happy customer that my husband works with. This company is a lifesaver! The weekend of my birthday during the 3rd week in January, our furnace went out. After waiting 4 days for another company, who told me that I needed a part that was several hundred dollars and said they would just finance me on a new furnace, I finally called care after 5 days of cold. They sent out Wes, who was professional and knowledgeable. He took the part off that I was told was bad, cleaned it and it was fine. It started right up. Can you imagine how shocked and amazed I was! The last thing I want is for him not to sell parts, service or new systems, but he did the right thing when others do not. Call Care first; they will fix only what needs replacing at a good price. Thanks again!
