Shane Fields was the person that installed my new furnace and A/C in October 2024. His workmanship was simply amazing. Shane Fields is now doing the annual inspection and no longer the installer. Hence, I requested Shane Fields to be the one that performed the annual inspection. He spent more than two (2) hours to make sure my new furnace and A/C are still in good working condition. I am extremely happy with the work of Shane Fields as an intaller and as an annual inspector.

Anthony called ahead to let me know he was on the way and was on tike as scheduled. He wore shoe coverings in our home and was extremely friendly and personable. This was just a routine maintenance and he let us know everything was looking good and to keep up on changing out our filter. Overall Anthony was great and professional.

I had been looking for a new HVAC company after my previous one started getting pushy with upselling and it eroded my trust in their work. I had searched reviews and a few forums and saw highly rated reviews for CARE with customers appreciating their honesty and sincerity without the upsell pressure - so when I found water leaking out of my furnace suddenly I gave them a call. Paula answered the phone on a Sunday - and I loved that it was not just an answering service but someone that knew exactly how to help in the moment. She gave me quick safety advice and told me what to do to in advance make sure the appointment would be successful. She got me scheduled the next day and Kyle was right on time and super professional. He explained what he was troubleshooting and what he found to be the problem, then was specific in what was needed for a repair. I was concerned about some other items and he checked them over thoroughly and found no other damage or signs of issues. I appreciated him not trying to turn that into a sales pitch or “doom and gloom” scenario The repair was quick, he tested everything again to be sure, and cleaned up everything thoroughly. The prices were very reasonable for the work and I have a lot of trust in this company to take care of my HVAC. Highly recommend them!!
