Got a second opinion on my furnace after being told it needed to be replaced and wasn't safe to operate. Shane came out first thing in the morning and walked me through all the tests he was conducting and all of the signs that would cause the furnace to be deemed dangerous/done. Very thorough and honest, and didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of or scammed out of money. First person I've had come out that I felt like I could really trust.
