My Care Tech was Shane . He arrived on time, very polite, explained problem so I could understand it. Repaired quickly. Cleaned up where he was working. Shane is thorough and seems to always go above and beyond for the customer!

Took 3 weeks to get our brand new top of the line furnace operational this winter. It was installed improperly on January 25th and was not fixed until February 16th. The installers switched the intake and output pipes for exhaust. While they installed the new PVC, they stuffed an ENTIRE roll of paper towels up the PVC pipe. The furnace couldn't run propane. They didn't explain how to operate the new thermostat and didn't leave an instruction manual for it (even though the sales person said they would before leaving the house). Thursday furnace was installed; Friday, tech came out to troubleshoot since the propane was not working. He discovered the improper installation of new pipes. He fixed it so we at least had the heat pump to heat the house and turned he off the propane. We woke up to temps in the house of 58 degrees over the weekend. Tech neglected to inform us we had to set the temperature down to within 3 degrees of the inside temp for it to come on. Monday, tech returned cut into the pipes to re-install them and discovered the roll of paper towels. He rigged the intake temporarily so the propane could run. Tech did not return until February 16th to complete proper installation of the pipes. He then showed us how to operate the thermostat. Shane the tech has been honest and upfront as he worked with us to remedy the problem. The 2 installers were kind and polite, but incompetent for our furnace installation.
