Mike was terrific. He explained specifically what he found (that our furnace was on it's last legs) which corresponded to what the inspector reported when we bought the house a year ago September) and also what the CARE techs reported last fall when they did the fall inspection/tune up. So it was not a surprise. He contacted the home office to arrange for a sales rep to call on us, while we were present. He was personable, professional ad answered all our questions. I would welcome him back in our home again.

Our technician arrived after he gave us a heads-up call. Prior to his estimated service window we received a call from their office that he may be running behind due to previous customer appointments taking more time than expected. They wanted to make sure we were still good with him coming, which was much appreciated. Once here he was courteous and professional, quickly diagnosing the issues with the furnace and explained next steps. Not too much later the office called me with a quote and set up a service appointment. So far the experience with CARE has been extremely positive.
