Kelly was fantastic though I have serious doubts about CARE's true devotion to honesty and trust. Over 700 dollars for a blower motor that costs less than a 100$ and the quote had no break down for parts and labor but WAS conditional based on signing a long term service contract. On top of that, I had the privilege of paying 69$ for the exorbitant repair estimate. I now see why my retired mother chose to go with Sears Heating and Cooling when she needed her furnace replaced. To think that I had believed your radio spots on 610 about fair snd honest pricing, it makes me question the integrity of my favorite source of news and weather. I will never use one of their paid clientele again. Thanks.
