Aaron is very knowledgeable about all things Heating and Cooling, and has great interpersonal interactions. It was clear from the start we had somebody that knew very much about the systems and how they should function. Don was out yesterday for a yearly check on our air conditioner. It was actually pouring down rain so heavily, but , he did not mind. He had the proper attire, and even was courteous enough to wear booties inside, when he came in to do further checking. Very polite, and friendly. went over what he did with me, and was happy to chat a bit about a few suggestions. Very friendly gentleman and this day and age, you just don’t get a lot of friendly people willing to do their work even in adverse conditions. Thank you, Don.
