Exceptional experience

Our 24 year old furnace finally died. Care kept it running for a long time through their maintenance service but rust won in the end. We ordered and Care has now installed a new high efficiency heat pump system. Everyone who worked on this project was exceptional. The furnace took about 10 hours to install and we had one additional call to correct a bad wire from the old system that shorted a transformer. That was replaced at no charge to me. Great service. Great company.

Incredible and Honest Customer Service

Anthony was extremely helpful and honest. We had issues with our air conditioning, and had a different company come look at it as part of our home warranty, and they hardly looked at anything and then quoted us for a bunch of stuff that we didn’t actually need including an entirely new system. Anthony with CARE came in to give us a second opinion. He thoroughly examined our entire system and discovered that the issue was a capacitor that the first guy didn’t mention or even look at. Saved us thousands of dollars and he even fixed it right then on the spot for us. Highly recommend Anthony and CARE Heating and Cooling!
