Anthony fixed the problem quickly and efficiently but must have set his tools down on a box of furnace filters and crushed them. We had to throw the whole box away! Happy with service but unhappy with the damage done.

Andrew was excellent to deal with. Very professional and very thorough. No complaints there. My complaint lies with the office. Way back in April, I scheduled the maintenance for Monday, June 30th between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. When no one showed up, I called the office and was told they didn’t have me on the schedule. They apologized and were able to reschedule us for Wednesday, July 2nd.
