The team always does great service and Wes is the best. I’ve had two unit installed and trust CARE to maintain them. And recently, there was a $37 over charge and I had no idea but their office called to tell me and refund it. They are honest and did the right thing - that speaks volumes.

My technician, Donald S, was friendly and respectful. I appreciate thawing the service plan, I like that I can just set it up and they do all the reminders and ensure the equipment is checked twice a year. I would recommend Care, and I’ve used several other companies in the past and they are far better and more skilled.
