Kyle is a knowledgable, skilled technician. He worked with care and expertise, along with Andrew, to install my new humidifier. I have confidence in the structural integrity of the humidifier installation done in my home today. I found Kyle to be patient and professional as I asked questions and took notes for my own reference. Kyle answered my questions in language I could understand, as he explained procedures & product carefully. My new unit works well, as intended. I am thankful for Kyle's skill and work ethic.
