Don Simms performed an in-dept checkup on our air conditioning system that was outstanding. In addition to all the maintenance checks and adjustments he took the time to clean most of the components - something I don't see very often. We really appreciate the excellent work and attention to detail.

Care Heating and Cooling came recommended by a family member, and I was eager to try anyone but the company we were forced to use last year (an HVAC partner with our Home Warranty). Our heat began failing around 11pm, and knowing we’d be waking up to a frozen home in the morning, I was set on getting something scheduled as soon as possible. I spoke with an after hours representative that night, and set an alarm to call first thing in the morning. I was thrilled to know that someone would be available to come out that same morning. Other companies I had considered would not be available until late in the week unless I was willing to pay outrageous emergency pricing. James arrived several hours later and got right to work. He was thoroughly committed to fixing the issue, and spent roughly two hours trying different solutions. He was kind, patient, and willing to answer all of my questions. Believing the problem was solved, we thanked James and set him on his way. Unfortunately the problem persisted, so I called James back. He was quick to get in touch with his dispatcher to see about getting himself back out here or getting us help from another technician. I was quickly contacted by a dispatcher who assured me someone else would be back to take another look. I am writing this review as both James and Kyle are working to fix our heat, and I am still impressed by their commitment to find an affordable solution. My experience last year with this other company has left a horrible taste in my mouth for how situations like this can go, but my experience today has been the complete opposite. I can’t think of a reason why I would choose someone else moving forward. The service fee was absolutely affordable, and the amount of work both technicians have been putting in has earned so much trust from myself and my wife. We will continue to recommend Care to anyone else we know.

Explained with picture about crack in heat exchanger. Informed him I changed out a new CO2 detector, which resides at the top of the basement stairs, several years ago. Will talk about furnace replacement if I can find funding which is limited.
