Technician (Shawn Brennan) came to our house to troubleshoot why our A/C unit would not automatically go back on following a power surge. After a very thorough check, we were relieved to hear all was OK with the A/C....no fried wires. Shawn did discover a problem with the Thermostat....great detective work. He had an exact Honeywell replacement in his truck, so we were back in business in no time at all. I must mention this took place on Father's Day Sunday. Paula answered my call at 7:00 AM and Shawn arrived on time at noon.
