I was able to get an immediate appointment thanks to Paula. Technician Wes came out to trouble shoot a loud, vibrating mystery noise. He tweaked a few nuts/screws and it seemed to stop the majority of the vibrating noise when the furnace first fires up. Wes is very knowledgeable, professional, nice and friendly.
