Kyle went above and beyond during my yearly furnace check up. He also took the time to help resolve an issue that no one before him could. I had been complaining that the upstairs was cold in the winter and too hot in the summer. Previous techs said it was just my house because I had vaulted ceilings. Kyle was able to figure out that one of the ducts was incorrectly labeled. As a result, I had accidentally closed the vent to the entire upstairs, and not just my laundry room. It had been this way for a few years! No wonder! He is the only person who listened to my concerns and fixed my problem! Thank you Kyle! You’re my hero!
