Kyle is always such a gentleman. He does a great job and I feel he is very efficient and thorough. I totally trust him. We had an older furnace, about 26 years old. He never pressured to get a new one. He could have easily said we needed a new one. I request him to do all our services. Today he even caulked an area outside by the heat pump so that bees could not get into the area. He always gives excellent service!

We are a CARE Plan customer. I called around 2:45 with our Lennox control panel saying “system is waiting” and no heating. The furnace started heating again after a half hour. Wes was at our house by 5:00 and thoroughly checked everything. Very good experience from the first phone call to the service work.
