I made sure to clean the flame sensor. Filter was changed with customer supplied filter. I checked over the heating side of the system and discovered the following: the inducer bearings are starting to fail, and the hot surface igniter has pitting and weak spots. System is in working order at completion of appointment. See attached checklist for full tune-up details.
