Performed service diagnostic. Diagnostic found that the condenser fan motor was not running. Condenser fan motor was not running because the capacitor on the condenser unit had failed. Options for repair were presented to customer and they chose to have the capacitor replaced. Repair was completed. Electrical disconnect confirmed in and on. System was running at the time of departure.
