Performed AC cool check. Checked electrical, mechanical, safety, and performance of the system. The air handler and blower wheel are clean. System sterilizers are operational. Drain line was cleared and treated. The condenser fan motor is in good condition. The capacitor for the condenser fan motor is below value. The contractor is in good condition as well. The refrigerant charge is good, and the system is running normally. Surge protection for the condenser and air handler are both operational. Condenser coil was cleaned. Options for repair were presented and they chose to have the condenser capacitor replaced today. I replaced the capacitor on the condenser and treated the inside of the cabinet with JS insecticide. The system was running at the time of departure. No other major issues found.
