Performed AC cool check. Checked electrical, mechanical, safety, and performance of the system. Air handler and blower wheel are both clean. Low voltage control wiring was tightened. Drain line was cleared and treated. Condenser coil clean. Electrical disconnect is in good condition. The condenser fan motor is also in good condition. Condenser capacitor is within value and the refrigerant charge is good. No major issues were found, and the system was running at the time of departure.
