Performed semiannual maintenance on two heat pump heating systems. Inspected all Performance, Mechanical and Safety Systems. Verified everything was operating within manufacture’s specifications for operation. Customer mentioned that his drain came undone from the exterior wall penetration. I added some new PVC to the drain outside to give it some support against the ground, so it drains farther away from the foundation of the house. Everything is working at this time.
