Performed semiannual maintenance on two heat pump cooling systems. Inspected all Performance, Mechanical and Safety Systems. Flushed and treated the primary drain lines, cleaned outdoor condensing coils, and removed all leaves and debris from base of condenser. Verified everything was operating within manufacture’s specifications for operation. Everything is working at this time.
