Performed semiannual maintenance on one straight electric cooling system. Inspected all Performance, Mechanical and Safety Systems. Did verify everything was operating within manufacture’s specifications for operation. Customer mentioned that her heater was not operating. I tested all safety limit switches and furnace controls, reset the furnace and cycled the heater multiple times. Verified everything was operating as designed.
