Performed heater tune-up on an American Standard and Carrier Heat Pump systems. Checked the electrical, mechanical and performance systems of the unit. Cleared, cleaned, flushed and treated the drain lines and cleaned the exterior of the air handlers. Verified outdoor compressor wiring is secure and washed both outdoor coils. No major issues were found. Both systems are operational at this time. I did leave both thermostats off per homeowner request.
