Performed heat check on two systems. I cleared the condensation drain lines and flow tested the drains with two gallons of water. I also treated the drain lines. The air filters were clean and had been recently replaced by the homeowner. Both systems had blower motor capacitors that were below value. The upstairs system had high static pressure and the downstairs systems had rust forming on the heat exchanger. I spoke with the homeowner and went over what I had found. He decided to replace the capacitor on the downstairs system. I replaced the blower motor capacitor on the downstairs system and function tested the system. The system is operational. No other major issues were found. Both systems were running at the completion of service.
