Diagnosed a large leak in the condensing coil. I found signs of refrigerant oil on the condensing coil on the condenser on the driveway side of the house (this is the East side of the house.) I was also able to identify the leak with my leak detector. I gave the client her options, and she chose to have the coil replaced since it is still under the parts warranty. Replaced outdoor condensing coil and in line filter dryer. Pressure tested with dry nitrogen and pulled a vacuum on the system. Weighed in factory charge and check operation of system. System operational at this time.
