Inspected all Performance, Mechanical and Safety Systems. Found the outdoor run capacitor to be below manufacture’s value. Also noted the outdoor exhaust motor and starter to be operating outside manufacture’s specifications for operation. Discussed repair options with homeowner and they have decided to move forward with replacement of the outdoor run capacitor and declined repair of the motor and starter.
