I called Garner to replace my 23 year old system that was on its last legs. From that first phone call to the install, everyone I spoke with were very professional. Max met with me to go over my options. He was very nice and informative. He was on time for our appointment. My appointment for the install was made soon after securing financing through Garner. Financing through Garner was very easy and convenient. Ethan and his crew were also on time for my install. They were also professional. The install was done in 4 hours. Afterward, Ethan gave me a walk through as to what was done and how to use my new thermostat. I have already told my mother about the service I received from Garner.
