Performed heating maintenance on a heat pump system. Checked all electrical, mechanical and performance of the system. Cleared and treated drain line and washed the outdoor coil. I did find the blower wheel covered in microbial growth. I informed the homeowner and presented options for replacement of the blower wheel; he chose to have it replaced. Replaced blower wheel, cycled power at the thermostat and confirmed the system is working.
